VSE Flow Meter Vs Series
VS positive displacement flow meters are volume rate measuring sensors based on the meshing gear principle and are designed for use with liquids. Two precisely matched gear wheels are enclosed in a very accurately machined housing. Gear rotation is sensed by a noncontacting signal pick-up System. Each work produces one signal.
VSE Flow Meter Rs Series
RS flow meters measure the flow rate based on the screw pump principle. The newly developed rotor profiles ensure a low-resistance, high-precision measurement while gently transporting the measuring medium.
VSE Flow Meter EF Series
The VSE EF ecoflow is an inexpensive alternative to the VS Series for measuring tasks with lower standards of technical characteristics such as accuracy, pressure, temperature, etc.

VSE Flow Meter VHM Series
The positive displacement gear flow sensors of the VHM Series are based on the meshing gear principle and were developed for high precision flow metering for a wide variety of liquids, especially liquids with high abrasiveness and poor lubricity. Each tooth generates an impulse by recognition of the gear rotation by a non-contact detection system according to the carrier frequency principle. Additionally, the flow sensors of the VHM Series are dead spaced optimized for (easy flushing) use in the paint industry and for paint spraying systems.

VSI Series – High definition with special preamplifier
As a very high resolution is necessary for precise and exact flow measurements, the volume measurement Vm must be resolved even more than with conventional preamplifiers. VSE has therefore developed the preamplifier with interpolation, with which a selectable resolution of up to 64 flanks (16 pulses) per period can be attained.

This individually programmed high resolution enables to set the volume measurement Vm optimally for each provided case of application. Furthermore, new applications can be availed with the higher resolution. With the VSI flow meter, measuring, controlling and regulating in lower flow ranges, in zero flow, in both flow directions as well as dosing and filling of small volumes becomes possible.

Flow Meter Solar

Fuel meter, fuel flow meter atau sering disebut solar meter atau flow meter solar yang banyak dipakai di dunia industri manufacture maupun transportasi. Untuk aplikasi didunia industry fuel flow meter banyak di aplikasikan untuk proses produksi steam pada boiler, pada termo oil yang menggunakan sistem burner, dan juga pada proses painting yang terdapat proses drying yang menggunakan burner dengan bahan bakar solar. Dan juga dipakai di utility yang mana perlu Penerangan pada Genset.

Begitu juga untuk industry transportasi seperti pada pool atau pada SPBU Pertamina ataupun di galangan yang sering digunakan untuk repair kapal atau speed boat. Begitu luasnya penggunaan flow meter untuk bahan bakar ini baik untuk bahan bakar kerosine, fuel oil, medium fuel oil bahkan heavy fuel oil, sehingga memaksa para pabrikan yang memproduksi fuel flow meter menciptakan berbagai jenis yang disesuaikan dengan aplikasi dilapangan.

Sedangan jenis flow meter berdasarkan cara kerja fuel flow meter yang banyak beredar   adalah jenis Oval Gear, Rotary, Swirl, Screw, piston, vane dan lainnya.
Namun demikian untuk aplikasi tertentu seperti untuk marine dan untuk transportasi dimana kecenderungan selalu bergerak flow meter untuk oil atau untuk solar mempunyai karakteristik agak berbeda. Sedangkan untuk flow meter yang digunakan untuk mengukur besaran penggunaan solar atau minyak diesel pada engine seperti pada bus, truck, heavy equipment, speed boat , tongkang , kapal atau mesin lainnya harus disesuaikan dengan kapasitas kebutuhan solar maksimal dari engine/dieselnya atau bisa juga jika tidak mengetahui kapasitas solar yang diperlukan oleh diesesl cukup dengan mengataggorikan power dari engine/diesel dengan acuan besarnya HP ( horse power).

Pada , Perkembangan sekarang tuntutan dari fuel meter bukan hanya pada pembacaan besarnya kebutuhan solar namun biasnya pada flow meter juga dapat dipantau atau di transferkan data dari penggunaan flow meter lewat jaringan komunikasi, dengan melengkapi alat transmiternya.

Ada banyak kasus pengguanaan fuel meter atau solar flow meter menjadi kendala dilapangan seperti yang terjadi pada transaksi pembelian atau penjual fuel engine dimana kasus yang sering terjadi adalah maslah akurasi dari alat ukur yang bukan karena jenisnya namun cara pengoprasiannya seperti halnya untuk pengukuran solar yang dialirkan menggunkan pompa pada truck tanki yang dialirkan ke tanki timbun, karena pada banyak penggunaan flow meter  mempunyai kecenderumgan kesalaahan pembacaan saat kondisi solar dalam tanki akan habis, dimana posisi permukaan solar berada di bawah lubang pengeluaran dari pipa yang mengakibatkan tercampurnya solar dengan udara, dimana solar yang tercampur udara tersebut akan dibaca tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Sehingga saat dibaca pada flow meter dengan kondisi solar didalam tanki ada selisih lebih besar pembacaan di flow meter dibanding dengan jumlah solar yang ditanki penimbunan.
