Model 2204 Variable Primary Pressure Flow Controller is a control valve that always keeps flows at a constant rate under a given constant level of secondary pressure (outlet pressure) even when the primary pressure (inlet pressure) fluctuates. The built-in precision needle valve accurately
controls flows to the set flow rate, including ultra-minute flows.

A flow controller is a differential pressure regulator designed to control minute gas flows with precision and keep a certain constant flow rate. Model 2203 Variable Secondary Pressure Flow Controller is a control valve that keeps mass flows at a constant rate under a given constant level of supply pressure even when the load pressure on the secondary side (outlet side) fluctuates, and its construction is designed so that the performance of its precision control over flows to the set flow rate is maintained by the incorporated precision needle valve without being affected by such fluctuations.

The constant flow valve Model 2203 that permits constant flow and the precision flow meter RK1400 are combined in this flow meter to permit high-precision measurement and control of a wide flow range, from very small flow to medium flow, when the pressure on the load side (outlet side) changes.

Features

1.This flow meter ensures constant flow under constant pressure on its inlet side even if the load pressure loss on the outlet side changes.

2.The measuring section of the flow meter is based on the highprecision float type flow meter RK1400.

3.The precision valve permits smooth and stable control of very small flow.

4.Constant pressure on the inlet side eliminates pressure errors of the float type flow meter, allowing a complete flow control system to be configured.

Model 5400 Series is a successor to the Model 3440, with enhanced basic
capabilities. The appearance is similar to the conventional MFC. The
sensor drive system is improved : the zero-drift is further  reduced and

This mass flow controller/meter driven by a 24 VDC power supply has been developed as successor to the MODEL 8300. The view point change function of the display unit and the pattern setting function are unique to this model, and noise resistance has been improved dramatically. A sister model with a detachable display and setting unit is also available.

An area flow meter has a float in a conical cylinder (tapered tube) with a larger end in the upper section and a smaller end in the lower section. The float moves up and down according to the intensity of the flow, and the position at which the float balances indicates the flow rate.
