Seametrics Data Logger DL76

The DL76 data logger is a battery-powered data logger that can be used with any Seametrics fowmeter. It stores pulses for up to 3 years, depending on the user-selected frequency of reading. Indicator lights on the unit fash to indicate when it is functioning and when the battery is low.

The DL76 can be factory-mounted on the meter or remotely mounted. Housings are rugged cast aluminum, gasketed for environmental protection. When a DL76 logger is placed into operation, it is easily set up using a laptop computer. Data is also retrieved from the DL76 data logger by means of a laptop and can be analyzed on the laptop or easily loaded on a desktop computer for analysis. *FlowInspector version 2 software (ordered separately) is required for the downloading, storing, viewing, graphing,\

charting and printing of data in several formats. FlowInspec-tor requires a PC with Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7; CD-Rom drive; 800 x 600 screen resolution; serial port or USB/serial adapter; and a Seametrics DC3 data cable. FlowInspector can be used with an unlimited number of dataloggers.
*Older versions of FlowInspector are not compatible with the DL76.

Gast Pneumatic Air Motor

Gast air motor adalah air motor atau pneumatic motor yang dikeluarkan atau di produksi oleh Gast Manufacturing Inc yag berlokasi di Benton Harbor Amerika Serikat.  Seperti yang telah di jelaskan sebelumnya dalam menentukan atau memilih air motor atau pneumatic motor dari brand GAST ini juga perlu diketahu kebutuhan powernya serta besaran putarannya.  Sedangkan dari lubrikasi motor Gast air motor ini tersedia dengan sitem lubrikasi ( Lubricated air Motor) maupun tanpa lubrikasi (Non-lubricated Air Motors ). 
Air Motor gast mempunyai juga jenis matrialvmotornya dari stainless steel. Air motor dari gast manufacturing mempunyai range speed yang cukup luas yaitu berada pada kisaran 300 RPM hingga 10000 RPM, dan variable speed ini bisa dikendalikan dengan mengurangi besaran pressure dari konsumsi angin yang masuk ke air motor. Karena sifatnya yang mengalirkan udara bertekanan pada komponen dalam air motor maka untuk pemakaian dengan kondisi ekstrim dimana temperatur ruangan yang mencapai 120 dec celcius dan jika menggunakan elecro motor tidak memungkinkan pilhan penggunaan air motor brand gast ini tepat sekali.
Selama menggunakan kwalitas udara bertekanan yang terkontrol dimana udara yang digunakan cukup kering dan bersih serta adanya lubrikasi yang tepat maka bisa dikatakan dalam oprasionalnyaGast air motor ini tidak dibutuhkan maintenance sebagaimana penggunaan electro motor. Begitu juga untuk jenis dan arah putaran motor ada yang cw rotation (clockwise ) , CCW Rotation ( counter-clockwise ) dan Reversible
Air Motor Gast manufacturing ini mempunyai jumlah vane sebanyak empat dan delapan vane, dimana yang paling banyak digunakan adalah yang menggunakan 4 vane sedangkan untuk aplikasi yang khusus bisa menggunakan yang 8 vane hanya saja air motor ini harganya lebih mahal. Begitu juga untuk jenis non lubricated air motor harganya akan lebih mahal namun tidak di perlukan lbricator.
Dalam menentukan type air motor pada sebeanrya acuanya hanyalah power dan speed yang dibutuhkan sebagaiman kita menetukan elektro motor yaitu besaran Horse Power (HP) atau kilo watt (KW) serta RPM nya. Sedangkan untuk merubah besaran power dan speed cukup dengan mengatur besar dan kecilnya udara bertekanan yang masuk kedalam air motor. Namun demikian hendaknya pemilihan besaran dari power terhadap kebutuhan type air motor bisa digunakan pada kisaran tiga perempat power air motor tersebut untuk menghindari terjadinya over load.
